about the u foundation

The U Foundation began in January 2004. We were then a small group of people who had a desire to reach out and help others in developing countries to achieve a better life for themselves. We have spent the last 2 years supporting projects in Zambia and gained charity status in March 2006.

It is our aim to raise finances by making people aware of the hardship and basic living conditions faced by children in Africa and other parts of this world that we all share.   

The U Foundation can guarantee that 100% of the money that you donate will go directly to the projects that we support. We are in a fortunate position where our running costs are covered entirely by our volunteers and local businesses.
